Terms and Conditions
1. We are doing Pre Order Stocks.
2. All price does not include postage, all send out by Parcel Service or Pos Laju.
3. After orders have been confirmed, please make payment before the closing date for each batch of pre-order, if overdue, orders will automatically be cancelled. We will only submit your order after you had bank in to us. The buyers shall pay 100% of the purchase price and postage.
4. After make payment, please inform us of your order number, name, total amount, and remittance date via payment notification.
5. Due to the difference monitor setting, item's color may slightly difference from actual product. We will describe it as clearly as possible. Kindly consider carefully before make an order.
6. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing or pictures. Sofea Courtyard will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product.
7. The risk of purchase is entirely borned by buyers, if you can't accept this, please don't buy in order to avoid any unpleasant incidents occurred.
8. Buyers may choose other items with same price to replace if out of stock. Stock may not available (only will know when we place your order from supplier) and refund will be given. Please DON'T order if you can't accept this.
9. For Pre Order, Stock will arrive around 1-2weeks after we submit the order (estimate only).
